2. What the service does

Otores connects vehicle owners with automotive service providers.

The platform supports finding partners, comparing quotes and following jobs through to completion.

3. User accounts

Each account is personal. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

The information given at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Bookings and quotes

Quotes are issued by partner providers. Otores does not set the prices offered.

Payment is settled between the customer and the provider according to their own arrangements.

5. Liability

Otores acts as a technology intermediary and cannot guarantee how well each job is carried out.

Users are encouraged to rate services once the work is done.

6. At-home services

For mobile jobs, location data may be shared for the duration of the assignment so the work can be followed.

7. Changes to the terms

Otores may update these terms. Continuing to use the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
